You can return any samples purchased online at any time.
Simply return it with your invoice number to:

Unfortunately we cannot refund the carriage costs to send out or return the samples but we will refund the cost of the sample within 2 working days of receipt of the sample.
If you proceeded to a bulk order after seeing your sample and you decide that, once received, that you don’t want the product then I’m afraid we cannot accept returns if this product has been personalised.
Should the product be faulty due to a manufacturing issue then it’d be our pleasure to either refund you 100% on return of the goods or to replace the goods.
All we ask is that you let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods that there is an issue while explaining what the problem is and sending as many photos as you can.
Once you’ve let us know about the returns issue we will arrange for the goods to be collected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we agree, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
