- If there is any issue with the branding on your order please contact us as soon as you can and we will either offer a refund or replace the branded products when returned.

- If you simply don't like the product once it is branded then I'm afraid we can't refund you as the branding can't be removed from the product.
- To try our hardest to ensure that you're happy with the final order we will always send over a PDF proof showing the positioning & confirming the branding on the prodcut. Also we will send you, if a new order, a plain sample of the product so you can see the product before going to full order. Sample will be arranged on placement of full order. You can refuse the sample but this would be at your own risk.
