Wherever possible we try not to charge for unprinted samples but occasionally if the product is a high value we may have to. We’ll always let you know first.
It varies on the product for example 500 pens printed 1 colour will take about 5 days whereas 1000 custom designed masks can take up to 3 weeks. Please let us know if there is a specific date you need something by and wherever possible we’ll try to deliver then.
Ideally in an eps illustrator file but if you struggle to find this format please send us what you have and we will see if we can get your artwork redrawn for you.
Yes, wherever possible we are always happy to create visual mockups free of charge. This helps give you an idea of how the product will look with your logo.There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with an order.
Origination is the cost of the set up of either the machinery or the print screens. Often on repeat orders, we can offer repeat origination at a reduced cost.
You will need to pay for the product and the origination costs for a pre-production sample. If you keep the same artwork once you place your order you will not have to pay the origination charge again because the screen would have been set up already.

A spot colour print is a solid colour print without tints or tones. A full colour print can be made from artwork using CMYK colours, ideal for multicolour logos or a photograph.

It is a universal colour match system which defines the exact colour you would like printed. Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This system is used to make sure any printer can match colours specified in your artwork.
Ideally we would like payment of orders by BACS but we can accept credit / debit cards. We will email you a VAT invoice once your digital proof has been approved.
