Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Do you charge for samples?

Wherever possible we try not to charge for unprinted samples. Occasionally, if the product is a high value, we may have to. We’ll always let you know first. The best way to request a free sample is to send us an email.

How long until my order is delivered?

This varies depending on the promotional product. E.g. 500 pens printed 1 colour could take 5 days but 1000 face masks could take up to 3 weeks. If there's a specific date you need a product by make sure you let us know.

What is Origination?

Origination is the cost of the set up of either the machinery or the print screens. Often on repeat orders, we can offer repeat origination at a reduced cost.

How do I send my logo?

Ideally send your logo as an eps illustrator file. If you don't know what this means or you don't have this file type then please send us what you have. We can always have your artwork redrawn in the correct format for you.

Can we see the product with our logo on it?

Before going to print you'll see a PDF mock up of the product with your logo on it for you to approve. This is done free of charge whether you proceed with the order or not. If you'd like to a physical sample of the product with your logo on then this would have to be charged for.

What payment method do you accept?

Ideally we would like payment of orders by BACS but we can accept credit / debit cards. We will email you a VAT invoice once your digital proof has been approved.
